Entity Type Added to Downloads: You can now see the Entity Type in downloadable Client Excel templates for easier reporting.
CRM Integration Improvement: A new CRM ID column has been added to the Clients table for smoother system integrations via APIs.
GCC Non-Saudi ID Type: Introduced a new “GCC Non-Saudi” ID type for clients, making data entry more accurate and regionally aligned.
UID Validation: Client UIDs now require a prefix starting with “70” to ensure consistency across records.
ID Field Optional in Imports: When bulk importing single search files, the ID field is no longer mandatory, simplifying uploads.
Nationality Ordering: Nationalities are now displayed alphabetically for quicker selection. The Saudi nationality is displayed on top for easier access.
Field Order Update: The UID and Nationality fields have swapped positions on the Single Search form for better usability.

Bulk Uploads for Single Screenings: You can now bulk upload multiple single screenings at once — saving significant time for large batches.
Screening Sidebar Visibility: All screenings are now visible directly in the sidebar, improving navigation and case tracking.
Improved Entity Screening Feedback: Enhanced error messages during entity screenings to provide clearer guidance when issues occur.
No Match Report Update: A system configuration has been added for no match report updates where the system can retrospectively update old no match reports and notify admins accordingly incase of: creation/update of an existing client resulting in a case creation

Renamed Page: The Client History page is now renamed to Client Profile for more intuitive navigation.
Sidebar Reorganization: The System Configurations and User Management sections have swapped positions under Settings for better logical grouping.
Toast Notifications: In-app toast messages have been refined for clearer and more user-friendly communication.
Improved Empty States: “No Data Found!” messages are now replaced with “No [linked/unlinked] cases found.” for better context.
Arabic Language Support: Arabic users will now see error messages in Arabic, improving localization and accessibility.
Screening Status Translation: Screening statuses in the Add Client drawer now display properly translated labels.
Sorting Button Visual Fix: The sorting button on the Public Cases page now displays with proper borders for a cleaner look.

Additional Public Watchlist security: Added more restriction while integrating with third-party public watchlist providers
Better API & Webhook documentation: Added more context with additional examples to provide context and clarity for your technical teams
