  • Users with the appropriate permissions can now reset verification attempts if a client has attempted to verify themselves 3 times and failed.

  • Retail to Qualified upgrade within the same flow for end-clients is now smoother

  • You can now assign separate scoring per question based on client classification (Retail or Qualified) within the same KYC flow. assess risk differently between the classification of users.

  • Introduced flexible 1-step or 2-step approval settings for Risk, Suitability, and EDD forms providing your firm with better controls for operational governance.

  • For EDD, you can now:

    • Specifically choose the questions you want answered by clients rather than sending a whole EDD form

    • Create custom questions from the profile panel itself for greater flexibility and better due diligence

  • You can now attach videos directly inside KYC forms, enabling better documentation and evidence collection.

  • Excel reports are now available for filtered Case Screens (Public + Local). Simply click on the toggle icon on the "Generate Report" button and select "Excel".

  • Case reports (Excel/PDF) now correctly populate the Previous Order Number.

  • You can now filter Cases by Case Creation Date on both Local and Public case pages.
