CRM Enhancements

  • CRM ID visible on the portal
    You can now easily view CRM IDs directly in the interface, improving traceability and client management.

  • New Matches Webhook
    We’ve added a webhook to notify your system when new matches occur, helping automate your workflows.

  • New CRM Matches API
    A new endpoint is now available to retrieve matches information more efficiently.

Client & Case Management

  • Public case filtering by indicator
    Public alerts and cases can now be filtered using specific indicators—making investigations faster and more focused.

  • Client History renamed to “Client Profile”
    For better consistency across the platform, the Client History tab is now called Client Profile.

  • Client contact information storage
    Client contact details can now be stored within Relationship Management, enabling more complete client records.

Screening & Data Processing

  • Arabic ↔ English name transliteration (single screening)
    Automatic transliteration in screening helps improve matching accuracy during public screenings.

  • Additional ID Type options
    Two new ID Type ( GCC Company and Other) categories have been added to support more diverse document types.

Client & Profile Data

  • Date of Birth no longer displays the previous day, ensuring accurate personal data.
