📋 Activity Logs Just Got Smarter
You’ll now have a clearer audit trail across key actions:
New case entries are now automatically recorded in the activity log.
We now log status changes for cases—so you'll always know who did what, and when.
Field-level updates are captured in the logs, making it easy to see exactly what changed.
Actions taken via the API for new client inserts are now also logged—full visibility, even for automated actions!
🔐 Advanced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Options
Security is more flexible and powerful:
Admins can now enforce, enable, or disable MFA across users for better control. Platform users still have the ability to turn this on themselves, but now admins can enforce this on platform users.
📊 Public Watchlist Enhancements
it is now easier to select multiple entries at once (via an enhanced UI), making batch actions faster and easier than ever.

⚠️ Notification Reliability
We resolved an issue where some users where the app may have stalled due to a CORS related issue with notifications. This has now been resolved.
📝 Single Screening Form Flexibility
We've removed the strict validation on the “Name in English” field during single screening—giving you more flexibility to just add Arabic names if that's all you want!
