Changelog 09-07-2025

๐Ÿ†• New Features

๐Ÿ” Single Entity Client Search
You can now perform a screening search against public watchlists and Nafith and Makken on a client without adding them to your client list.

Perfect for onboarding, quick checks or ad-hoc lookups. Single entities screened appear in "View all Screenings".

Single entities screened are not clients by default - however, you can easily convert a single entity screened to a client via a click of a button.

Note: single entities screened are checks at a specific point in time (i.e., they are a snapshot view of the entity when the screen was performed and are not part of the "ongoing monitoring" entities). To monitor an entity on an ongoing basis, you need to add them as a client first.

๐ŸŽฏ Public Watchlist Match Tuning
Fine-tune your public watchlist matching criteria with 15+ adjustable matching settings, giving you more control over matching thresholds and accuracy.

Adjust PEPs, sanctions, adverse media and countless other indicators based on your firm's risk tolerance and needs.

๐Ÿ“ Case Management Improvements

๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธ New โ€œArchiveโ€ feature for Cases and Clients
You can now archive both public and local cases and clients, helping you keep your active case/client list clean and focused. Archived cases and clients are automatically neglected from default views, but you can always check archived items simply via the filter settings.

โ›ช๏ธ Name match fallback for all UID entities on Nafith

We have now covered an extreme edge case to ensure UID matches from the regulator are not overlooked or missed by firms. UID adoption is increasing but has not penetrated all firms, which meant that if a firm only had a CR (and not UID on a commercial registered entity), there was a likelihood that a match could have been missed. No more! We have covered this case where even if ID numbers don't match for commercial entities, if names are similar (based on name settings that are configurable), the system will flag a "Potential Match". Ultimately, this gives all compliance teams additional comfort over any edge cases.

๐Ÿงฉ Improved Match Descriptions
Better descriptions are now available on the resolution page for matches in local cases, giving you more clarity while taking action.

๐Ÿ“„ Makken Case Submission
On submitting a Makken case, the user is now rerouted to the Makken view on cases instead of Nafith, making the user experience more seamless and intuitive.

๐Ÿง  Filtered Review Cases
Review pages redirection from no match report pages now shows only potential matches โ€” specifically those flagged as name matches โ€” to help you prioritize more effectively. This will reduce any

๐Ÿ“œ Activity Logs

๐Ÿ’ช Live Activity Logs on Case Pages
Activity logs now appear in real time on case pages โ€” no more needing to refresh for the latest updates.

๐Ÿงพ Complete Logs on Client Profile Pages
Client profile pages now show full case activity logs and refresh them automatically, so your records are always up to date.

๐Ÿ”” Notifications

๐Ÿ“ข Better Web Notifications for Public Cases
Youโ€™ll now receive clearer webapp notifications when new public cases are created.

๐Ÿ“ข Improved Feedback for Manual Watchlist Entry
Toaster notifications during manual watchlist entries are now more accurate, ensuring youโ€™re always informed of what worked or failed.

๐Ÿ“ข Public Watchlist Match Notifications
Youโ€™ll now see clear, timely messages when a public watchlist match occurs, helping you take immediate action.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ UX & UI Enhancements

โœ”๏ธ Improved Readability on Client History
Weโ€™ve added commas to large numbers in liability and amount fields to make financial data easier to read.

๐ŸŒ Consistent Date/Time Format in Arabic
The date and time format is now consistent across English and Arabic versions of the app.

๐Ÿ”ง New Watchlist Request Type: Temporary Blocking for Makken
A new "Temporary Blocking" option has been added to watchlist request types, giving you more flexibility in handling alerts.
