Changelog 15-06-2025

✨ New & Improved

  • Smarter Case Handling:
You can now resolve cases even when they're in a Rejected status — no more unnecessary steps to take action.

  • Watchlist Request Types Updated:
The request types shown on the Watchlist front end have been refreshed to reflect the latest terminology. A tooltip on hover has been added to Request type for additional details/context.

  • Flexible ID Matching:
When an ID type is selected but the actual ID number is missing, the system will now accept the record ( rejected previously) and fall back to matching by name/unified id matches to look for cases — reducing false negatives.

  • UID-Only for CR Matching:
Case matching now supports UID for CR type only. It will be used to look for cases on priority for CR type. You can now enter a watchlist record from frontend with UID only by selecting the ID Type as CR.

🧠 UX Improvements

  • Clearer Button Language:
On the Assign Case slider, the “Clear” button has been renamed to “Close” to avoid confusion.

  • Prevent Accidental Reopening:
A confirmation pop-up has been added when reopening resolved cases — helping you avoid unintended changes.

  • Stay Oriented in the Sidebar:
The sidebar now highlights active sub-sections (like Cases > Public Cases), so you always know where you are.

  • Smarter Sorting of Resolved Cases:
Resolved cases are now sorted by last interaction, so the most recent ones are easier to find.

🧭 UI Enhancements

  • Dashboard Gets a Date Range Picker:
You can now filter data on the dashboard using a convenient date range selector.

  • New Date-Time Picker on Watchlist Manual Entry:
Manual entries on the Watchlist now support a new date and time selector for easier data entry

  • Redesigned Date Picker:
The standard single-date picker has been updated with a more intuitive and user-friendly design.

  • Quick Access to Case History:
Case cards now display a tooltip showing the previous date range — giving you helpful context at a glance.

🔔 Notifications & Visual Fixes

  • Clickable Web App Notifications:
In-app notifications are now interactive — clicking them will take you straight to the relevant section.

  • Favicon Visibility Fixed:
The app icon now appears correctly on all deployed environments.
