This release delivers major refinements across the KYB (Know Your Business) experience, identity verification workflows, and association management — building directly on the KYB foundation introduced in v2.3.0.

We unified client profiles across all entity types, sharpened the ID verification journey, and shipped a range of stability and reporting improvements to support larger, more complex onboarding operations.

🏢KYB UX & Data Enhancements

We continued to polish the KYB experience with targeted fixes and richer data handling.

UI & Layout Fixes

  • We refined a range of UI elements and labelling across the KYB experience for greater consistency and clarity — including fixes to page titles, table layouts, and contextual text, along with terminology updates to better reflect each entity type. 

Expanded Verification Coverage

  • Added local address verification within the KYB flow

  • Added IBAN verification support for corporate entities

Wathq Data

  • Implemented storage and display of the raw Wathq JSON response for prospects and relationships

🪪Identity Verification (IDV)

This release enhances Identity Verification (IDV), enabling entities on the platform to validate their identity through either a manual, compliance-officer-driven flow or an automatic, portal-based flow. Previously only portal based verification existed for the clients undergoing KYC. Now even associations can sign into the client portal to verify their identity and manage relationship invites.

  • Compliance officers can verify associations directly at creation or for existing records, and can accept or reject verification proposals

  • Associations can complete verification themselves when using the client portal, or submit a proposal directly

  • Added a KYC setting to define default verification behavior for new associations, including whether verification is required and the preferred method in case it is

🔗Association Management

We addressed key usability gaps in how associations are navigated, viewed, and managed.

  • Added back-navigation from an association page to the parent client they are associated to

  • Association Profiles now reflect all connected associations, not just direct ones

  • Fixed an issue preventing users from promoting an association to a prospect (onboarding client)

  • Resolved an error that appeared when adding an existing entity as a new association

  • Introduced a new relationship documents UX to improve document management and clarity

  • Added ownership coverage visibility and a graphical hierarchy view within the KYB Associations page

👤Client Profile Unification

We made significant strides toward a single, unified client experience across all entity types.

  • Enhanced the client page that now serves all entity types and categories

  • Verifications and associations are now available across entity types

  • Unified the permissions model across all entity types for consistent access control

  • Export features are now available across all client categories

📋Onboarding Flow Improvements

Several onboarding flows have been stabilized and extended.

  • Auto-populated the default KYC flow for new tenants upon setup

  • Improved the ordering of KYC form questions for a more logical onboarding sequence

📊Reporting

  • Full Profile Reports now include KYC forms
