This release lays important new foundations for the platform — unifying our data model around a single Entity concept, introducing investor classifications, and adding a dedicated Billing module.

Alongside these, we hardened identity verification, refined onboarding flows, and shipped a wide range of stability and performance improvements across screening and monitoring.

🔁Unified Entity Model

We consolidated clients, prospects, and associations around a single Entity concept to simplify how records are managed, listed, and accessed across the platform. These changes are still backward compatible till 15/8/2026

  • Renamed “Client” to “Entity” across the codebase and database for a consistent domain model

  • Combined entity listing into a single unified API across all entity types

  • Renamed the relevant endpoint to “entity” so that entities can log in to the customer portal

🏷️Investor Classifications

We introduced the first iteration of Retail, Qualified, and Institutional investor classifications, giving organizations more control over how entities are categorized and onboarded.

  • Added support for Retail, Qualified, and Institutional classifications

  • Enabled these classifications within the KYB flow for general-purpose EDD

  • Added a direct upgrade path to Institutional classification

🚩 International Verification

  • Added an IBAN attachment option for IBANs on both the client portal and the RM side

🪪Identity Verification Improvements

We strengthened ID validation and resolved several issues in the verification experience.

  • Added validation to prevent adding both a National ID and an Iqama from the same issuing country

  • Prevented adding two identities of the same kind from the same issuing country

  • Unified numbers are now restricted to a Saudi Arabia issuing country only

  • Improved load time of the ID Verification component after multiple IDs are added

  • Onboarding APIs now support adding an ID number and nationality even when ID Verification is disabled

  • Fixed the “require ID verification” component being out of sync with the preference when adding an association with an existing entity

📋Onboarding & Forms

We addressed several issues affecting form building and onboarding flows.

  • Introduced a follow-up questions form

  • Fixed an inability to add a question to the Additional Information form

  • Resolved answers becoming jumbled in onboarding flows by fixing answer ordering

  • Disable switching an entity between individual and organisation types

  • Removed consent policies from the seeded KYB flow

  • Fixed missing emails in the popup when creating an org prospect from existing data

🌐Client Portal & UX Improvements

  • Fixed the OTP field rendering right-to-left when logging into the portal for Arabic

  • Fixed the notes page failing to load when no notes are available

  • Added the ability to search organizations by CR number and UID

  • Fixed an undefined ID appearing in notifications

  • Fixed the invitation date for an entity converted to a prospect showing the entity’s original creation date
