Custom monitoring rules, built from the UI — You can now create and manage your own transaction monitoring rules directly in the interface, configure the built-in rules, and publish or deactivate any rule as your needs change.
Ready-made rule for non-Saudi IBANs — Automatically raise alerts on transactions involving non-Saudi IBANs.
Beneficial ownership opacity detection — A new rule flags opaque ownership structures, weighing ownership stakes and surfacing unclear or outdated beneficial ownership.
Case management on the dashboard — Review transaction monitoring cases from the dashboard, including a dedicated TM list within List Updates, now fully available in Arabic.
Transaction lifecycle & wallet management — Transactions now move through a clear, managed lifecycle, giving you better visibility into their status from creation onward.
Richer notifications — New notification categories with email and in-app templates, plus settings to control which alerts you receive.

Securely connect your transaction database — Superadmins can now add and update database credentials directly from the User Portal, stored securely, so the platform can read your transaction data.
Automated transaction pulling — Transactions can be pulled automatically on a schedule or triggered on demand, with a supporting guide for the expected data format.
Add transactions manually — Need to enter a transaction directly? You can now create one through a simple form in the UI.
Webhook events — Receive real-time event notifications via webhooks, with an accompanying integration guide.

Manual address verification for international clients — When automated checks aren't available, you can now verify international clients' addresses manually as a fallback, with a smoother manual IBAN and ID verification experience overall.

Ongoing monitoring audit trail — Track changes to ongoing monitoring over time, with more reliable behavior when editing associations and when importing client data.

Opens on the correct sheet — The import template now opens on the first sheet, ready to use.
GCC national identity variations — Added GCC variations under national identity types, replacing the previous set for greater accuracy.

Regenerate KYC — The Regenerate KYC feature now uses distinct labels and wording for KYC and KYB, so it's always clear which process you're working with.
Independent KYC and KYB — KYC and KYB can now be enabled separately, giving you more control over your configuration.
Spot clients from your KYC flow — The clients table now lets you identify clients who came in through your KYC onboarding flow.
KYC version banner — The banner showing an older KYC version now appears on the KYC Details page, not just the risk assessment page.
Refresh business registry data — Business information can now be refreshed via Wathq.

More helpful validation messages — Unified Number and identity number errors are now clearer and more descriptive, including when creating individual clients, so it's easier to understand and fix input issues.

"Country of Registration" — On the organization form, "Nationality" has been renamed to "Country of Registration" for accuracy.
Sign consent once — Consent policies for local IDs now only need to be signed a single time.
Correct association labels — The Associations table now shows the correct CR label for organizations.
Editable matching criteria — Date of birth can now be updated within matching criteria.
Association rules — Family-type associations can no longer be added to organizations from the Client Portal.
View attachments — Attachments now open correctly from the preview icon.
Smoother invitations — Prospects are no longer stuck at the invitation stage being repeatedly asked for ID verification.
Cleaner loading states — The loading indicator no longer appears when there are no policies to load.
